Welcome to Sureplug! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, which connects individuals looking for construction artisans, professionals, and building material vendors ("Users") with verified service providers and sellers ("Providers").

1. Nature of the Platform

Sureplug serves exclusively as a digital directory and matchmaking platform. We facilitate connections between Users and Providers by allowing Users to view verified profiles and "unlock" contact information for a nominal fee. Sureplug is not a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction between a User and a Provider. We do not employ Providers, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services or goods they provide.

2. Provider Onboarding & Verification

To list services or materials on Sureplug, Providers must undergo a verification process. For Vendors, this includes an onboarding fee of ₦1,000 to cover the costs of identity verification. While we make reasonable efforts to verify identities (e.g., matching government IDs), we cannot guarantee the absolute authenticity of every Provider. Users are encouraged to exercise common sense and independent judgment before entering into transactions.

3. Fees and Payments

For Users: Users pay a one-time fee to "unlock" and permanently view a specific Provider's contact details (Phone/WhatsApp). Once unlocked, the contact is saved to the User's dashboard. This fee strictly grants access to the contact information and does not represent payment for the Provider's actual goods or services.

For Providers: Vendors pay a non-refundable onboarding/verification fee. Providers may also use the Sureplug dashboard to generate receipts for their customers, but the actual exchange of money for services/goods occurs off-platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sureplug to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information during verification.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes under Nigerian law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sureplug (and its operators, affiliates, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform. We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or financial losses arising directly from interactions or transactions between Users and Providers.

6. Account Suspension

Sureplug reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any User or Provider account, at our sole discretion, for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or receiving a high volume of negative reviews or reports from the community.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or by prominently posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Sureplug after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
